all the brown crap keeps filling up my bottle all brown and dirty, anything i can do to clear the system?

Flush it and keep running clean water threw till it comes out clean??

il put some flush threw it and run it then drain the system out, is there any best way of draining it out? which pipe is better for taking off... the top pipe thats on the thermostat or bottom rad pipe?

I would take rad out put a hose threw top and run it threw the rad till water comes out clear
then hose threw expansion tank and let it flow all the shit out and wait till it runs out clear put it all back together and all should be good

As above but with a power hose, also do the same with the engine, go through the top rad hose with the power hose, might be best to remove the thermostat and rebuild with the theromstat in place before you put the powerhose in the top rad hose! I did this with an old 1.8 cavvy I had and it worked a treat!!
