get yourself some of these from a chemist:

They don't contain lactose so I took them when my wisdom tooth became infected recently.

From my experience, if its an infection/abscess, not much is going to touch it I only eventually got some relief after about 36 hours of sheer hell, about 8 of which was spent vomiting every 30 mins. The relief came in the form of a wee tramadol injection and an anti-sickness injection. It was nice So yeah, if it gets super bad, ring nhs 24 and say you can't keep down pain relief and dentist isn't able to see you. Wee visit to out of hours (or doctor visit to you in my case) and bam! Pain relief in a jag

Nhs isn't going to come out. I'd eat a pig if they did.

When I finally saw my dentist she just said my wisdom teeth are fine and blamed my discomfort on biting my nails. Absofuckinglutely useless this fucking country is

She must have realised there was a lack of meat in your diet and assumed you weren't manly enough for a jag.

Well they did with me adio? I think thats because I couldnt drive because of the vomiting though. But theyll give him an out of hours dental/Dr appointment at least for either antibiotics or pain relief or both.

The Paramol should do the trick, I could hardly open my mouth to eat but they took the pain away.

I just don't believe you can get a jag after calling that NHS 24 bullshit phone line.
