can i run power steering in a corsa but with keeping the multi v belt and by using a corsa multi v power steering pump??

I ran it as you're saying only with an xe pump and it was fine apart from the fact the altetnator pulley rubbed the inner wing on tight right turns

yea just i havent got an XE pump :S cant you get the XE pumps with a wide belt pulley? but how did you tension it? did you tension it by adjusting the power steering pump? and what belt did you use? as im a bit puzzled.
