You need to get the engine, loom, ecu, keys, transponder, gearbox, mounts, driveshafts, uprated brakes, uprated suspention. Depending on what conversion you do of course. If you want a fast and easy conversion put a x16xe in there. nippy enough and going from a 1ltr to a 1.6 sport engine you will propbly shit your pants enough. If you want bit more of a challenge and alot more power. C20xe conversions. Fairly simple as far as im aware but very very fast engines

If your going to do it mate. I sugest researching it for weeks if not months before. Read into it so much you know exactly what to do. Then get a haynes manual. Then get someone to come help you whos done it before or who knows quite a bit about mechanics

For the sake of going from 1.0 to 1.6 and how that will affect your insurance then having to change the logbook etc, it would be far easier to buy a different car. If you're going to change it then put something in that you wouldn't otherwise get in a Corsa otherwise it just won't really be worth it.

If you havnt ever driven a car faster than a 1lts and you go jump in a 1.6 sport and boot it you will shit your pants a little bit to be fair. Its a hell of a difference going from a 1ltr to a 1.6 sport

This is very true. Go straight for the c20xe else you may as well just purchase a Corsa Sport. But only do it if you want the project part, if you just want a 2.0 Corsa then buy one already done!

I went from a 1L to a clio 182 within a year.
There was a big difference of course but nothing to make you do a jobby in your pants.
