Stipped down, tiny tiny amount on the bottom corner of the motherboard. Cleaned it off with alsocol solution, rinced the case under the tap and left to dry.

Fired it back up and am typing on it now. Smells a little 'fresh' now but the screen has ingress. Can't find anywhere that details how to take an M11x screen apart

Can't see it being any different from the rest of them, ease the bezel off then you'll see how the rest of it goes together, probably 6 or 8 screws.

No screws John, snapped the bezel off. Inverter is fucked, keeps flashing. Still, a screen can be replaced. Just angry at it

Nah nothing like it. Really impressed, it's properly well built.

Screen is now selotaped in and a new one winging it's way to me as we speak
