Not at all wanting to put a dampener on things Pow you lovely lad but if this girl is as hot as you say she is then has it occurred to you why she is using a dating site? It's one of 2 things most likely - shes either sick of being treated like shit previously and is just looking for someone nice and normal (in which case - quids in  ) or she's likely to be a bit of a headcase or looking to use someone to make her feel better about stuff etc. etc.
I only say this as my last girlf was wayyyy out of my league too and I also met her on a dating site (Lovestruck, London based one) and at first seemed to good to be true as I thought she was the former, said she got hassled by wankers in clubs all the time and had also had a few dodgy exs but it soon turned out that she was also a bit of a headcase. She also didnt know what she wanted and after a few months finished things with a load of nonsense.
Beware, but good luck
EDIT to say that of course it may just have been my experience but my housemates at the time were all a little sceptical and mentioned similar stories
