hey guys been gone for a while (since i was 18) with a black sri am now 21 (almost 22) and jeez how time flys, i have a very wonderful gf soon to be wife (doing the deed next summer lol ) and also have a son who's now 2 nicknamed "JJ" (i won't give his proper name out on the net.

Anyway just a catch up on my few short years away, as i have moved into a flat with a garage, always wantted another corsa and thought why not lets make it a track day car.

Went and viewed a Vauxhall corsa 1.2 16v (ecotec engine) which for 250 notes is mint the front chassis legs aren't rusty and havn't been welded (as far as i could tell) even comes with a chavtasic twin pipe backbox which will be up for sale when i get it lol. I go to pick it up on friday (its at the bottom of my parents road would you belive it!)

Money won't really be spent on it till after the wedding (got to save lol this was a wedding gift to myself :thumbs
but when i do get round to it i have one of two options

1. C20let there around about 1300-1500+ on fleebay at the moment.
2.. C20xe £350 would i be able to turn it into a turbo for under a k? (most pieces will be upgraded)

I have googled it and people have said it can be done so just wondered on your thoughts?

Cheers

Nathaniel

XE is cheaper and easier.

Also don't overlook something like an X18XE1, there are a few people run them and they're fast enough.

Would also give budget to the other bits like brakes and tyres.
