http://www.vagcheck.com/vagcheck/vagcheck_liquid.htm

seems a good wee toy (sounds a bit like the diplays in R34 R35 GTRs) but is missing one of the main parts of the VBOX/Performance box - laptiming and data analysis

Mine arrived this morning!

Where is that from?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/260861262681

That is mine, probably paid a bit too much but cheaper than retail.

Stu - you still got that data?

I'm just having a look at some of the performance junk for the Impreza/Skyline

At Ingliston sprint there is a tight hairpin thats taken around 20mph to VMAX of about 85mph.

Some quick times for

30-50mph

Impreza - 1.48s
Skyline - 1.28s

30-70mph

Impreza - 3.86s
Skyline - 2.65s

50-70mph

Impreza - 1.87s
Skyline - 1.37s

Braking: 80-30mph

Impreza = 2.40s in 55.51m
Skyline = 2.76s in 63.86m

hehehe, these googleearth overlays are actually quite good.

Chris - do you remember comparing entry speeds to the long sweeping curve at Anglesey. Fee's slow entry but 132+ top speed in the green trace. The other traces are from laps about 0.5s slower. She was going in about 15mph faster and just had nae grip.... UNDERSTEER!!!

I need to get some data in mine, might do a 0-60 run in the Disco for giggles. See if it's faster than a Corsa while towing a Corsa.
