Thought might aswell post this up, my engine management light always comes on then goes out when i slow down... done this since i owned the car and if its an easy fix ill sort it, it usually happens when im doing 60-70mph but sometimes happens between 10-20mph any ideas anyone?

Mine comes on when I strt driving it's usually about 3k rpm and it sorta coughs when it happens .... :/

Sounds like the egr valve.

no difference in how it drives, light comes on then goes off shortly after
