Its not an average of all the numbers though. Mine is like 7 for everything, then 3.9 for graphics. So my overall score is 3.9

Mine would have been 5.6 if it wasn't for the crap built-in graphics (laptop).

I wouldn't read too much in to it really, my system isn't great but got "decent" ratings for cpu, ram, gpu and my gpu is hd asus 5670 which is pretty low really, so I don't think the test is that great.
But without an SSD you get a bad overall score.

As above. Mine is 5.9 because of my HDD. The first 4 numbers are 6.9, 7, 6.9, and 6.9.
