Not sure if it benefits Vtec tbh but it's what everyone recommends!

Flo tech are absolutely terrible, been there few times after getting under the cars stuff like clamps facing wrong way system
Twisted so hangers don't meet etc.

4 people have recommend me the place in Basildon
Now, so will go there tomorrow.

How much performance should I be expecting from removing the cat and bigger bore etc? Have had some

Removing the cat and having a bigger bore system fitted (if its currently standard non XE bore) will make a massive difference. Even just removing the cat livens up an XE.

I would look into bore sizes a bit more though for sure and make sure you aren't going too big with 2.5". I would reccomend 2.25" with your set-up.

Overbore would loose pressure would it not?

Xe has ported and polished head, cams and verniers. Also had valves etc all bought new so is healthy enough.
