Flo tech are absolutely terrible, been there few times after getting under the cars stuff like clamps facing wrong way system
Twisted so hangers don't meet etc.
4 people have recommend me the place in Basildon
Now, so will go there tomorrow.
How much performance should I be expecting from removing the cat and bigger bore etc? Have had some

I got a full 2.25 system cat back from powerflow for 180 and its great recommend them to anyone is there none down your way?
2.5'' is over kill for a standard xe btw I got told 2.25 max

Removing the cat and having a bigger bore system fitted (if its currently standard non XE bore) will make a massive difference. Even just removing the cat livens up an XE.
I would look into bore sizes a bit more though for sure and make sure you aren't going too big with 2.5". I would reccomend 2.25" with your set-up.

Overbore would loose pressure would it not?
Xe has ported and polished head, cams and verniers. Also had valves etc all bought new so is healthy enough.
