I bought this phone about 6 months ago and it has been perfect. I am only selling as I have got a new contract and moved over to the iOS side of life 
The phone is in the nice black finish and is in mint condition, it has had a case and screen protector on it since day 1 
The phone comes with a case, charger, screen protector and a massive 16GB memory card!
As I have stated above, this phone is unlocked, rooted and running a custom ROM. This means that there is none of the HTC Sense pish on here. It's running a light weight vanilla ROM called Oxygen:

Currently running the very latest version of Android 2.3.7
Any marks seen in the photos are reflections or dust.
