With PlusNet at the moment but now I have Sky I might as well move my BB and phone to them seeing as its included in the package (would have done it when I took my Sky out but had to wait 12 months to keep the PlusNet deal I go when I joined to get free Modem etc)

Probably a noob type question but i'm guessing I will have to ring PlusNet and cancel, then ring Sky and get them to send me the router etc out and then set it up again, I presume they just cant swap it over and use the stuff I already have?

Also, how long will it take roughly to get back up & running? Presume i'll just have to sit tight and wait for the stuff from Sky to arrive (if its needed)

Apoligies if it sounds stupid, i'm no good with stuff like this

Yeah I think you have to phone PlusNet and get your MAC code off them, and phone Sky and tell them you want to move from PlusNet (and give them said MAC code).

As for how long, I guess you need to give 30 days notice?

Nice one, cheers.

Just having a look on the PlusNet site and it doesn't seem as complicated as I first thought, which is good news
