tried boots chesty cough relief (guaifensin) and just bought buttercup. lasts about five minutes then i'm coughing my guts up again, feels like theres phlegm in my throat which just wont come up. anyone recommend anything good?

i think i've had covonia too, can't remember if it worked but remember it tasting foul but will be worth it to shift this
