Who cares if it's got 1000 horse power. Look at it. I'd rather spend the money on something that looks better with less power

Shit the bed didn't realise how big they were!
I'll change that too,
I'd just go super car hunting, no one will expect a saab to be up their chuff still after a blast.

This car is a collectors item and should not be considered as an every day user as to keep her in the manor she is accustomed. ie garaged and rarely out in the rain

Upto the new owner what they do with it really, hate it when people put shit like that. Beast of a car mind.

It's not the best looking thing in the World but it's not horrendous.

But am I the only one who still can't see how a £10k asking price is realistic regardless of the amount of work carried out?!

'regardless of the work carried out'

So ,as an example, if he's got an engine there worth about 10k alone, brakes that could go for 2k, suspension that could sell for over a couple of grand, fuel pump(s) that would sell for a few hundred quid and all the associated misc. stuff that you'd probably get a wad for, he's still got no right asking for 10k even when he could break it and make 20, just because it's a saab?

I don't think those prices are dead realistic but to say that the asking price of a car is unrealistic regardless of what's been done to it is a bit daft
