Can I just ask,if you do the conversion yourself (I'm currently doing one, just waiting for more funds)! How do you go about getting around showing them the proof of conversion by the garage. Because I obviously ain't going to have any proof??

If its sorn then you don't have to worry about the tax.

And if its a self done conversion, You will have to make up a letter as per most people, Or you could ask a garage to confirm it is what it is for small fee.
