i have been offerd a saxo vtr 51 reg. for my astra.

51 plate Saxo for the equivelant of £350ish? are they really that cheap now? has it got tax/mot etc, any pics of it?

So he's got a company car so hasn't used it that much, but he's just bought a new car and wants to swap the Saxo for another car doesn't make sense to me. Seems ok though, what have you got your car on there for if he has valued his at £1k+?

Ah, you should have much more luck selling with a full years MOT and some tax on it, that was probably putting people off more than anything

well ive got it on ebay as 500 with 12 mot, but no tax.. but im going to have to use it this week, so ill need the tax., Just orderd a fault reader.

saxo looks like a good deal. good on fuel and plenty of tax and mot and not bad mileage. do an mot check to see if its had advisories for play in the rear axle
