What does this mean? Stolen and recovered or maybe flood damage was all I could think of

Seen a 53 plate 1.6 impreza at an auction. Had sti interior and full body kit by the looks of it. Bumpers with fog lights blanks, spoiler, wide front wings, bonnet scoop and all the stickers in the usual places. Didnt look like the usual ones with badges slapped on

Had the wheels too, wasnt till I saw the rear drums that I took a closer look at the engine size details

Think it just means beyond economical repair & insurance has paid out on it?
