Uncle had a massive setup in his loft with trees and shit like that.

I said i wanted a train set.

I got a transformers trainset, it was amazing. After i finished with it i boxed it up, put it in the loft.

Then last year i went into the loft and found mother had given it to a charity shop.

Not impressed.

I work with a bloke who is well into model trains. He's in a local club where thy build their own from scratch. Some of their layouts are amazing. Its really not my kind of thing but I can appreciate why so many people are into it

I always wanted a loft conversion with a train set up but for me it was more about building the landscape with fields, level crossing, cows, hedges, signals and shit like that
Would of never had the patience though

i found out one of my uncles has done this, a massive train set filling his loft, i found out when i was 28yrs old, he had hidden it from us all my life
