I've seen ones you drive on to and then it tells you how much your toe is out by but they don't look very accurate tbh.

This. Although you can probably do it by eye and take it for a slight adjustment at a garage for the sake of what the equipment costs and how often you'll use it

Well if Equipment costs £300 for a decent set, I reckon you could make it back in a year or even quicker. Just get you friends, family etc to use your services for a 10nner. Tell them how it will save them tyres, petrol and suspension wear.

i set mine up on my track car cos every time i change camber it throws tracking out, i just cable tie some large planks of wood to the front wheels facing the back of the car and then adjust the track rods till they line up with rear wheels! seems to work ok, but then again i am on track so not doing massive miles! just hard miles

If my corsa didn't have the right toe settings it drove like crap, and I highly doubt people on here could do that by eye?
I picked up a set of dunlop tracking gauges off ebay for 150quid.

Just done mine on my winnter banger with some rope across the wheels, car drives much better now.
