its a proper grey area because you need them safe etc. but bandedsteels.com want over 200 for a pair!

Not a grey area is it, use the correct material and weld it correctly. Fine if its done right.

Seems £200 is the going rate,does this include repaint??
Not had chanve tp have a prop look.

The backs are,the fronts/style mean its hard to cut them apart. Not seen pics but it says on one of the pages about a 2" band being put in.

I made my self one pair using 4 steelies once, and banded a set for a friend.
Don't have access to the gap bed lathe I parted them off on any more or it'd do it
