Just had to cut mine short because it started dripping

Sliced, gives you a bit of feedback on the slice and cuts nicer. I always find grated just gives you loads of string.

i'll comprimise, i'll use the wide blade on the grater for thin slices of cheese, layered up. cant go in too thick

I pull it out halfway through and spread the cheese around a bit and pull any bits away from the edges. OCD
