Are these cheap shite?

Been offered a pair in great condition with harnesses and frames in a swap for my standard seats and door trims that no longer fit anyway but are also in good condition

there are cheap, but not sure on being shite. I got a set years ago, which were identical to cobra clubmans, but the mamba were cheaper, and suprisingly far more comfy

not sure what the safety rating is on them, probably none lmao
