not really worried about opinions but there still welcome
defo next inline on the to buy list and will probly be looking for one in july or there abouts just wondered what to look out for will probly be looking to spend 3-4k

i know the engines and turbos etc are meant to be utter pish but iv always wanted one n if i dont like it thn av got back up plans lol

good cars in my opinion, i have a coupe turbo and cant fault them really. every car has its problems

My astra gsi ive now owned for 5 years this febuary and although there is probs better handling cars blah blah blah!!! i have to say mine has been a gem just clocked over to 70k on the orgional turbo still and is still absolutely fine........... in five years it has never broke down niether has it gone wrong in any shape or form, in 5 years all ive done is tyres, brakes, servicing, oil changes every 4k in between servicing..... so i would say for me it has been a brilliant car

it has its flaws, but id say its by far the best looking of its time

Mines done 67k now, killed one vxr turbo and had pretty much every common fault.

I'd rather hear negatives about a car than the positives. Can make up your own mind on the positives by test driving it. Different people like different things.

cant afford the VXR now n wont get finance so the GSI is what ive decided on n no way on the clio cup fed up seeing the bloody things in aberdeen haha
