- fits F20 box or F28

- to fit to the F20 you'd need an astra gsi pot type clutch kit

- to fit to the F28 you'd need a cav turbo pot type clutch kit

so is this a straight replacement for a pot type flywheel for use with standard clutch?

Yes it will work with standard clutch.
