That's just better than what you'd get using the edu store, but only if you buy something in the £1400-1500 bracket.

Its only once every 3 years though so its highly doubtful that they will give them away.

They still have thier existing staff discount.

The Edu store it eh best place for a normal person (obviously if you fulfil the requirements )

Just ordered my 13" i7 Air using the edu store link. Fingers crossed it works without question!

It saves £205 off the full price

I also bought a magic mouse to go with it!

Takes some serious getting used to. Physically it is a cracking bit of kit! OSX just confuses me!

I did have a bit of an oh shit moment when I first started using it, but now I wouldn't go back to Windows on my own personal computers

Nearly threw my Air though the ceiling too when I went to pick it up off of my lap! So light in comparison to anything else I've owned.

I think I will like it!

Just need to get used to the differences. Is there a way to zoom in a bit easily when browsing the web?

Click with two fingers = a right click.

Four finger swipe up = Expose

Four finger swipe left/swipe right = switch desktop
