2000grit wet and dry sandpaper, then polish it back up afterwards

il give p2000 a bash first mate and then il buy some t-cut if no luck
what can i put on there to stop this happening other than them gash looking things that come on mg's and the likes of..?

sorry for double post, way to solve it.. put a better backbox on something that actually sits properly then you shouldnt have that problem

If it's burning your bumper I would guess that your exhaust is too short.

exhaust sits fine, looks wonky on that pic but its spot on and it didnt burn it when i had a standard inlet lol
