okay i got a rough idea of what happens here but can someone tell me what parts i need exactly? my car has eps so i want to take the powersteering pump off the x16 block but im not sure what parts to use.. was led to belive ive gotta use a x14xe non powersteering alternator belt,lower bracket and tensioner but i cant find them anywhere? is there another way?

Easiest way using bolt-on parts is the one you suggest.
Need a 96ish 1400 SRi or Sport to donate.
Other than that you can fabricate something to tension the belt another way alternator side
The stuff isn't that rare though.

Would think they'll be expensive new, they come on here every so often.
If I see any cheap cars for breaking of that spec I normally have a punt.

yeah thats what i thought,
is there anyother way i can eliminate the powersteering?

Yh just remove it and run a piece of string round the pulleys you need then go local motorfactors get the size belt you need and then make hole bigger so you can adjust alternator etc
