Ive just changed, the valve has got bent when the water pump went. Ive replaced the valve and the gaskets. Engine back together theres no compression so wont start. Any sujestions

Set them all as the manual said hasnt made a diffrence

Why has it no compression? Is it on all cylinders

Ye all cylinders dont have compression! I have been told the tappets may need the air and oil bleeding from them but not sure how that can help

I hope he lapped the valves in
