Basically took my drum off to replace my bearing , took everything off kept them in order so greased up the new bearings (big one first) fitted it then fitted a new rubber seal went to put the drum on and it won't go on ! Any ideas guys ?

make sure the shoes are lined up properly on the piston. will be a tight fit. get it on dead square and will be fine

I think its the bearing that's stopping the drum from going on though

It's defo the big bearing at the back I just fitted the drum on its own no bearing went on fine and just tried with the bearing in the drum and it won't go on :/

what condition id the stub axle in?

Everything is on properly the stub axle is fine think its just a tight fit I think

Rub the grease off of the stub axle, it should be snug but it should slide on without any force.

The shoes are probably preventing it going on tbh.
