After coming back from a lovely weeks' holiday last week down at Longleat/Bath I'm after something to take the edge off the down that's occured this week.

Catch is I want it to be WARM (ie inside), cheap and not really too far from home (hour each way mayhaps?) and good for 2 of us.

Ideas?

That's where we've just come back from

Legoland is still shut, I'm going to have a wander over there next week as I know one of the duty managers there.

Plus can we have some erious suggestions? Legoland is outside. I don't want to see Paul J (no offence). Centre Parcs was a pretty penny as well!

Alton Tower's Resort, Park is closed but Splash landings and the hotels/spa etc is open afaik. shouldn't be much more than an hour up the M1, A50, I always work on it being 1hour from Watford Gap Services to home

We did the shopping/walking/eating thing last week, I've done Windsor Castle sooo many times it's unreal (school trips with kids), swimming in Windsor is a pain on a Sat/Sun!

Just was looking for something outside the box tbh!
