A reluctant but necessary sale of my Clio 172 due to changing circumstances!

Balljoints (got tracking done)
Renewed the coolant

K&N Replacement panel filter
Xenon bulbs all round
Tax & MOT till the end of May
Interior and Exterior Condition is Excellent other than the scuffs on the alloys, Few car park dings and a tear in the drivers seat.
The car is kept clean and Washed, Polished and waxed most weekends.
Equipment includes:
Automatic Xenon Headlights
Auto Wipers (with headlight washers)
Traction Control
Climate Control Air Conditioning.
Fuel efficiency is extremely reasonable with an average of 34-38mpg over a full tank.
Possibly part-x with somthing bigger due to baby
