Is it safe to do so? i've always been told if its a Use by date its rigid, whereas if it says Best before it doesnt really go off unless its stored correctly

As you said if it says use by bin in, best before it'll be alright, might not taste the same as it should. Got bored to death with this shit when I did my level 2 in supervising food and hygiene safety
