right, time has come where i want to have a crack of smoothing my front bumper myself, obv buying a spare to try it on, im only wanting to smooth the plate recess out.

what im looking for is someone who has done this or knows how too?
im looking for a list of everything that is needed and whats the best way to do it?

any help will be a MASSIVE help

will have to get the recess plastic welded
