Longish story, Guy on corrado forum did a group buy on engine mounts, i took part in this.
He was buying in loads of poly stuff, and the idea is to re-use existing mount but replacing the rubber bit.
Paid ages ago, like november or something.
he posted them all out the other week, showing photos of them going into post, everyone else has got theirs now but mine never turned up.
Is there anything i can do from my end? He says he is checking it out but not really heard much from him really, and beginning to feel i'm going to lose out here 
Annoying thing is i can't just buy the mounts, he made a certain amount for members and they all sold

Them ones that go down in value and reputation each year? only liked because they are new?
Not for me really, if i bought a new car it would need to be something pretty special and worth it.

Were they sent 1st class? Recorded?
Normal post you cannot claim until 14 working days after the date posted. Thats provided they can show proof of postage.
If theres no proof of postage he needs to refund you/send a replacement.

surly he must have sent them recorded post to cover his back, someone responsible for group buys must think this way and if you dont get yours you should get your money back...lost in post=bollox unless hes got concrete evidence yours were posted.

Im having the same issue atm, December a tshirt was 'delivered' - i still have the failed delivery card saying collect at the depot 
Ordered some gloves in jan - also 'delivered', again, still got the card.
Ordered something from cleanyourcar teh otehr week, got the card here, but its also 'delivered'
 Honestly not a fucking clue whats going on with our parcels atm.

dodgy postman. put a complaint in to royal mail and they'll investigate.

When I had my C I ordered an opel badge, it never came, contacted the seller and they sent a replacement having claimed from RM. The replacement came and I thought nothing of it. 6 months later the original turned up

I had this when I posted something once, after 15 days I refunded them and made a claim myself, because I sent it recorded I got compensation about a month later

I know some offices weren't delivering this week because of the ice, could be that?

My car was saying 18c yesterday thought it was talking shit but no I had to put the heater temp to fully cold as it was roasting
