Same as what? I'm assuming you mean is it same as the coilpack engine? Then yea, genuine GM ones only cost a couple of quid.

just everywhere i go say they need a reg for parts i dont no the reg or what car it originally came out off just want to know if the filters are the same in the cav, astra etc

Yea there all the same, give autovaux a ring, or else get the part number and just go to Vauxhall with the part number.
