I got a set and fitted to the beast (Mondeo)

But i am getting loads of people flashing me, some even pull over and let me past as i am blinding them!!

I have tried the adjustment on the dash to no avail

Has anyone else had this issue?

Yep, but it is possible that you haven't got one, or both, seated correctly.

run it down to an MOT place and ask if they can adjust the beam. If you pop into the Slaters Vauxhall/Fiat garage (opposite the old Citreon site) in Abergele they will probably adjust them free of charge. It's my old place of work and I know they used to do it free but it has been 5-6 years since I worked there
