In theory, if I was speeding on the motorway (100mph ish), can I be done after the event if I wasn't caught on a speed camera? Like clocked by an unmarked but not caught at the time? Just a bit concerned (in theory).

but they wouldnt have any evidence. unless they had a camera indicating your speed but i doubt it. you could probably get away with it.

yep if they have evidence (on board camera) but i think it has the same 14(?) days limit like speed cameras.
