easy if they springs are already on the shocks, bit harder if not

I think they're exactly the same as the 1.2's; but yes they are easy to fit yourself, if the spring is already on the shock they'll just swap straight over with about 4 bolts to undo.

no, 20mm lower iirc, all sports are 20mm lower as standard

so the 1.6 shocks/springs are lower then 1.2 standards and will still fit?

i have never yet found a set of standard sport springs that are lower than normal springs.

Shocks length are different not the springs.

sports are deffo 20mm lower standard, ether way, if its dampers or springs they deffo are

theyll still fit lol thats the main thing lol its a half hour job bud for the fronts, 15 mins for the rears
