Not sure if halfords stock fuel filters or pollen filters... might be worth a quick check or just get em from vauxhall cos they're not stupidly expensive...

pollen filters nothing to do with the engine, but if ya dont chnage it it will restrict air flow into the cabin and the car will start to smell stale....worth it for less than £10

you will need a oil filter wrench or huge fookin socket(depends on wot engine you got) to get the old filter off!! and a drain pan for oil to, also might need a star drive set!!
new air filter?? or do you have an induction kit??

I do my own servicing.

Oil
Coolent
Oil Filter
Pollen Filter
Replaced the fuel filter recently, doesn't need to be done every time!
Only replaced spark plugs once in 46k. When i replaced them, they were fine!! Not discoloured at all.
Pads if needed
Check Brake fluid.

Just watch the coolent. Even after running the car for 30 min after, it still drops. Just make sure over the next week or so you keep your eye on it as it may need topping up where it fills up the system again.

cheers people,

I gonna buy a "tommy Walsh Gator grip" for the oil filter, he's a dude!

I got a 1.4 16v sport

My list:

Oil
Oil filter
Fuel filter
Plugs,
Coolant,
Decat pipe, gonna straighten exhaust too!

s there any truth in getting ford focus exhaust rubbers cos they r stiffer?

How do u drain the coolant system?

Got an induction kit so just gotta clean that.
