Unsure lol never thought you needed them just the lead that goes from the original harness to your cd player then that stalk adaptor would go in between the two.
Found a link for a cheaper stalk adaptor anyway , I wouhath user buy that first and go from there

Just read this : Please note that you must purchase the relevant stereo patch lead which are specific to your stereo.

So you need a patch lead as well from this page by the looks of it
