i hve been offered an astra gsi redtop for £400 with tax and test but is going to cost £100 to collect car is it worth it?

Probably worth that in parts anyway.

For £400 though, i would very much doubt it being clean with solid rear arches.

Finding a clean Mk3 GSi these days is getting to be a hard task.

it has a full stainless been lowered 60mm all round has fan blades, mint interior loads of paper work etc i was going to buy it to bust it or sell it on i dont know what to do the rear arches are mint to

it has very slight rust on rear arches, the redtop hs 101k on it and runs sweet been in a family for 7 years if i remember rightly and needs a fog light thts it passed mot with no advisories

Any pictures?? Sounds like it could be pretty decent tbh.

But bear in mind, these rust from the inside out, so the surface rust on the arches will more than likely be all the way through to the inner arches.

Is it a genuine P1?? Original car.

i would class arches as mint in pic looks like just one the under lip has rust on not the top part(rear quater) and it is a phase1 gsi in red needs like general good clean and water pipes it needs as the are perished but i think it is worth £500 if i can get the insurnce
