I need to write on something and then erase it and write something on top of it
Is the best solution still those dodgy double ended things I used to have at school? Or has technology advanced a bit?
Ideally, I'd like to do the same thing multiple times, but from what I remember from school, those things only let you do it once?

Nope, it can't be noticeable that I've done it.
