Hi. Bought a 1.6 sport friday. Drove ok all weekend but now its been raining and wet shes started missing/spluttering/popping. Il add theres no inner arches yet. All i can think of is somethings getting wet? But engine bay looks dry. Will get arches tomoro. Thanks

worth changing the plugs and leads, unless its got a cone filter or drilled airbox?

Yeah il look at doing them. Nope just an airbox. Its wierd as i stopped. Ten mins later started an drove fine for 5 mins then started doing it again.

changed lead plugs coil pack and still the same, think its over fueling, fuel has gone quick to be honest, lamba i recon

Could be 02 sensor. Egr valve has those symptoms and comon

Mine used to do that when water got in the intake. Sounded like a subaru, but ran as if it dropped a cylinder
