time has come to take my arches off and spray them

now i know theres one screw where the front bumper joins
is that all i need to do to get them off? or if not how do i take them off?
any help will be grateful!

they also have clips holding the arch to the bodywork

There's about 6 arch bolts. Will need to undo them all.

Theres plastic nuts the whole way round the arch that need to be removed, 10mm iirc.

they will probably all snap the mounting bits on the back of the arch as they always do

Noo don't do that, you will do a better job if you remove them. Its simple, jack up, wheel off (could probably do it with the wheel on) to give you good access, unbolt them and pull them off and thats it.

If the bolts break then just buy a tube of tiger seal and bond them on
