Wouldnt be surprised if it needed a new engine.

Was in Buckie a few months ago, smoking like fuck and quite a few running problems, new turbo aswell yet still smoked and turbo was glowing red after a short run. So it then had a stage 3 map put on it I think, talk about wanting to kill an engine.

Even if its had an engine, the recorded mileage for the car is wrong.

Might go and see it, you got an old paperwork with reference numbers to get an MOT history?
