My missus has been off last year on maternity, then went back part time.
When she returned they gave her a small sum to cover holidays up to that date, then she goes onto part time allowance.
To cut a long story short, after numerous calls and emails, with her saying she think they are giving her too much holiday, and them saying she hasn't it's correct. She took a large holiday.
They have now took half a months money out of her wages without any warning saying she took too much
She has proof via emails that they said she has x amount of holiday.
Where does she stand?

Still awaiting a reply from the company, so curious to know the legal aspects?
Seems a bit cuntish to take half a months pay, with no prior warning. Luckily the account is ok for bills for now, but if it had been other months, where funds are low, it could have resulted in a bounced mortgage payment etc
