Clutch on my XE seems like it's about to be finished.. while changing it i want to fit a lightened flywheel. Does it have to be a certain type of flywheel as i know there are two types. Flat or pot??

and what car do i need to buy a clutch for, 20XE with a F20 box

If you're buying both, you might as well get a flat flywheel, then you would need a clutch kit from a early Astra GTE.

Speak to LMF and I'm sure they will be able to sort all you need.

Where can I get a flat flywheel from? Preferably lightweight one but not places like lmf as they're about £250

The early XE flywheels, are pretty hard to find.

LMF sell the new ones for £203. Then you can get a clutch kit from a local motor factor.

Just bung a new clutch on it then, the standard flywheel is fine.
