Bought something off the website at the end of March. Waited a few weeks and nothing came. Went on to their site a couple of weeks ago and tracked the package and it was damaged in shipment. They've since updated it 4 times saying the same thing.

I can't seem to find any contact details for that particular package to request another one be sent out, WTF do I do? E-mail a general address and state the order number?
