Got an old omp strut brace last year than was on a 1600 sport

Tryed fitting it yesterday and the way its supposed to go on there is a plug into the bulkhead in the way, it would go on the wrong way, but theres no hole for the bolt coming through the strut mount

Any ideas?

Unbolt the plug ( if its one i thinking off, theres a plstic casing bolted down) fit strut and lay wiring onto of bracket
